We have testified in many proceedings before the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission and state regulatory agencies. We have contributed to generic proceedings pertaining to the wholesale electricity market design and development of market power metrics. We participated in case proceedings related to the Duke-Progress merger, Entergy’s joining the Midcontinent Independent System Operator, and specific market design issues of most of the U.S. Regional Transmission Organizations. We have also worked with government agencies in Canada, Europe, Latin America, and the Caribbean in designing their wholesale electricity markets.
