Corey Goodrich’s work includes analyzing customer response to dynamic and time-varying electricity rates and supporting utility rate applications. He previously worked in both academia and government. Corey co-authored academic publications and performed program evaluations for state workforce programs. His research has been published in journals such as Applied Economics, Applied Economics Letters, and The BE Journal of Economic Analysis & Policy. Corey is proficient in using Stata and R for data analytics; and in using Tableau to create dashboards for operational support, staff reporting, and decision-making purposes.

Outside of the office Corey enjoys reading, hiking, travel, and watching Formula 1.
