This report documents the 2015 ex-post and 2016-2026 ex-ante load impacts for Pacific Gas and Electric Company’s (PG&E) mandatory time-of-use (TOU) rates that were implemented for small-sized, medium-sized, and agricultural non-residential customers in 2015. The ex-post study presented here concerns customers transitioned to TOU rates in November 2014 and March 2015, of which there were 61,000 SMB and 8,300 agricultural customers.
