Dan Hansen presented at the annual Load Impact Evaluation Workshop of the California DRMEC that took place in San Francisco, California on May 7, 2014. Participants in this workshop discussed the performance of a broad range of demand response programs offered to the customers of California’s investor-owned electric utilities. Dr. Hansen presented the results of its evaluations of the aggregator managed programs and FlexAlert program.
