Lynn has worked in the electric utility industry for over 25 years. His areas of expertise are market research, load research, end-use load research, energy efficiency programs and demand response programs. Lynn has taught statistics for load research for 14 years. He has completed numerous load research studies, provided consulting services and expert testimony regarding load research design and results.
Lynn began his utility career with Georgia Power and worked with Southern Company Services where he managed the load research and DSM evaluation team. Lynn was VP of Marketing Services at A&C Enercom in the early 1990s. Today he is CEO and Chairman of Board of GoodCents that provides utility services in energy efficiency, demand response, and consulting.
Lynn holds undergraduate degrees in Market Research and Computer Science. He also holds a MS degree in statistics.
