Monamee Adhikari

Georgia Power

Monamee Adhikari is a Staff Analyst in Pricing and Rates for Georgia Power Company. In this position she is responsible for design and pricing of innovative pricing products like FlatBill, FlatBill Select and Residential Critical Peak Pricing.

Before joining Georgia Power in 2004, Ms. Adhikari worked in a similar capacity in Potomac Electric Power Company (PEPCO) in Washington, DC. She has over ten years of experience working in the utility industry. An economist by profession, Ms. Adhikari also worked for the World Bank in India. She has a Master’s in Economics from the Delhi School of Economics and an ABD in Economics from the University of Cincinnati. She is a member of the American Economic Association.
